Ordering and Payment Terms

DigitalMall.ge is an online store operated by Digital Mall LLC. This page explains how to place an order, make a payment, and apply for installment financing.

How to Place an Order

  1. Select your product and review its description, price, availability, and warranty terms.
  2. Add the product to your cart and proceed to checkout. You can purchase with an account or as a guest.
  3. Enter the contact details required to fulfill your order, select delivery and choose a payment method.
  4. Before confirming your order, review the products, quantities, delivery address, and total amount payable, including delivery charges and any other applicable costs.

Prices and Product Availability

Prices are displayed in Georgian Lari (GEL). Digital Mall LLC is VAT registered. Final consumer prices include applicable taxes. Delivery charges, where charged separately, are displayed before you confirm your order.

If an availability issue or a technical pricing error is identified while processing your order, we will contact you and explain the available options. We will not substitute a product or charge a higher amount without your consent. If we cannot fulfill your order, any advance payment will be refunded in accordance with applicable law.

Payment Methods

Payment methods available for your specific order are displayed during checkout. Depending on service terms and technical availability, options include:

  • Visa and Mastercard card payments;
  • Bank transfer;
  • Bank of Georgia payment-splitting service;
  • Installment financing through TBC Bank, Bank of Georgia, or Credo Bank;

Card Payments

Follow the payment system instructions when paying by card. Acceptance of cards issued in Georgia or abroad depends on the terms of the acquiring bank, payment provider, and card-issuing bank.

If your card account is denominated in a currency other than GEL, the applicable bank or payment provider determines the exchange rate and any conversion fees.

Bank Transfers

You may request an invoice for payment by bank transfer. Before making a transfer, verify the beneficiary details, order number, and amount shown on your invoice.

Installment Financing and Payment Splitting

Where the relevant payment method is available, you can start an installment or payment-splitting application during checkout. Approval is determined by the relevant bank. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval.

Financing amounts, repayment periods, interest rates, effective interest rates, fees, and eligibility requirements are determined by the bank's current terms and your individual offer. Before entering into an agreement, carefully review the repayment schedule and total cost provided by the bank.

Order Cancellation and Refunds

Order cancellation and refund conditions are explained in our Return and Refund Policy. Your choice of payment method does not restrict your statutory consumer rights.

When a product purchased through installment financing is returned, cancellation or adjustment of the financing will be coordinated with the relevant bank, in accordance with applicable law and the credit agreement.
