The TP-Link Tapo T300 is a smart water leak sensor that warns you about drips or flooding in time. Detection probes on the top and bottom pick up both water dripping from above and water pooling underneath. When a leak is detected, the device sounds an alarm of up to 90 dB, and the Tapo app sends an instant notification wherever you are. The sensor is IP67 rated against water and dust. A Tapo hub (not included) is required; it communicates with the sensor on 868/922 MHz. It is powered by two AAA batteries (included) and works with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant. The sensor measures 84.5 x 46.5 x 30 mm and operates at 0-40°C. Its compact design is ideal for bathrooms, kitchens, next to washing machines or in basements.
