The TP-Link Tapo S220 is a two-button (2-Gang 1-Way) smart light switch that replaces a conventional switch and lets you control your lighting remotely. With the Tapo app you can turn lights on or off from anywhere, and with Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant you can use voice commands as well. Schedules, timers and Away Mode, which simulates someone being at home, are all available. No neutral wire is required, so it installs easily even in older homes. The switch communicates over 868 MHz and requires a Tapo Hub (e.g. H100, sold separately) for all smart features. It is powered by 2 x AAA batteries that can be replaced without tools, and the app sends a low-battery reminder. Each gang is rated for up to 4 A.
