Description

The Smeg SMF05CREU is a 50's style stand mixer in Cream that combines a powerful motor with Smeg's iconic design. Its 1000W direct-drive motor and planetary mixing action blend ingredients evenly, while 10 electronically controlled speeds adapt to every dough consistency. The Smooth Start function gradually builds up speed to avoid splashes, and the Steady Mix system reduces vibrations. The 4.8-litre stainless steel bowl with handle holds up to 2.1 kg of bread or pizza dough (max. 1.3 kg flour). Supplied accessories include a wire whisk, flat beater, flex edge beater, dough hook and pouring shield, and the front hub accepts optional Smeg attachments. The body is made of die-cast aluminium, and a safety lock stops the attachment when the head is raised.
