Description
LEGO Ideas La Catrina (21372) is a building set for adults inspired by the rich visual traditions of Mexican culture and the Day of the Dead (Día de los Muertos). Its 1,212 pieces build an elegantly dressed skeleton figure whose hat and dress are adorned with brick-built marigolds and printed sugar skull decorations. The figure stands on a base decorated with more marigolds and a brick-built monarch butterfly; a second butterfly can be placed in her hand, and the head and arms can be adjusted for different poses. Standing over 43 cm (17 in.) tall, the finished model makes a striking display piece for a shelf or desk all year round. The set is based on a fan designer's Product Idea voted for by fans and is recommended for ages 18+.
