It features a large 128 x 384 graphic LCD and 20 programmable buttons, each with a dual-colour LED. Using the 2 page-switch keys, one module offers up to 40 extensions, and up to 160 buttons are available when 4 modules are daisy-chained. The module is connected to, powered and controlled by the host phone, which also delivers its firmware upgrades. Each programmable button supports traditional call features such as BLF (standard or event list), call park/pick-up, speed dial, presence, intercom and conference/transfer/forward. The GXP2200EXT is an ideal solution for receptionists and businesses that handle a high volume of calls, helping attendants monitor and dispatch multiple incoming calls efficiently.
