ETA Gratus EVO Smart 102890025 is a planetary kitchen machine with a solid all-metal body and metal gears. A motor with up to 1500 W, 8 speeds with stepless control and a PULSE function, plus a stabiliser that keeps the selected speed even under heavy load. The planetary mixing system processes ingredients evenly. The 5.5 L stainless-steel bowl with transparent cover holds up to 2.5 kg of dough, and a 1.5 L glass blender that does not absorb odours or colours is included. The integrated light switches off automatically after 5 minutes of inactivity, and the extended whisk mixes well right up to the bowl walls. Attachment height is adjustable for small quantities, and the machine has thermal overload protection, non-slip feet and a tilt-head safety system. Non-metal parts are dishwasher safe.
