Description
The ETA Secca food dehydrator lets you make dried fruit, vegetables, mushrooms, herbs and even home-made jerky without preservatives or added sugar. The drying temperature can be set from 35 to 70 °C in 5 °C steps, so every type of food gets optimal conditions. The package includes 5 drying trays and 1 tray for small foods and herbs; the trays are made of BPA-free materials and do not absorb taste or smell. The spacing between trays can be adjusted from 14 to 28 mm, and each tray is 28.8 cm in diameter. The timer can be set from 30 minutes to 24 hours in 30-minute steps, with everything shown on a clear LED display. Overheating protection and an audible alarm add safety. Power input is 380 W and the cord is 70 cm long.
