The Canon LP-E6P is a high-capacity rechargeable lithium-ion battery pack and the successor to the LP-E6NH. With the same 2130 mAh capacity, the LP-E6P offers a higher maximum continuous discharge current of 6 A, enabling higher performance and functionality in newer cameras (EOS R5 Mark II onwards). It is compatible with cameras that use LP-E6 series batteries, including the EOS R5 Mark II, EOS R5, EOS R6 Mark II, EOS R6, EOS R7, EOS R, EOS 5D Mark IV, EOS 6D Mark II, EOS 90D and more. It charges with the LC-E6/LC-E6E battery chargers and the CBC-E6 car battery charger, and supports in-camera USB charging via the PD-E2 or PD-E1 USB Power Adapter (sold separately) on cameras that support direct charging.
