Description
The ARDESTO Gemini Gourmet AR1926GMG is a 26 cm deep frying pan with a lid, an indispensable helper in every kitchen. It is made of forged aluminium - a lightweight, environmentally friendly material with good thermal conductivity that heats up quickly, distributes heat evenly and shortens cooking time. It does not rust or oxidise and preserves the taste of food. The inside has a two-layer PFLUON non-stick coating that prevents sticking and makes cleaning easy. The bakelite handle has a soft-touch finish, and the heat-resistant glass lid has a steam vent. The pan works on gas, electric, induction, halogen and glass-ceramic hobs. Bottom diameter is 24.5 cm, height 7 cm, wall thickness 2.3 mm and base thickness 2.7 mm. The manufacturer does not recommend washing it in a dishwasher.
