The Ajax Relay Jeweller is a wireless low-voltage dry-contact relay designed to control third-party devices remotely: you can switch garage gates, electric locks and other systems from the Ajax app or through automation scenarios. It connects to an Ajax hub via the proprietary Jeweller radio protocol at up to 1,000 m in open space, with encrypted two-way communication and device authentication. The relay works in pulse (0.5–255 s) and bistable modes, and the contact can be set as normally open or normally closed. Scenarios can be triggered by arming/disarming, schedule, alarm, temperature or a button press. It is powered by an external 7–24V DC source and protected against abnormal voltage and overheating. The compact housing (39 x 33 x 18 mm, 25 g) fits easily inside device enclosures or junction boxes.
